Backcountry hunting takes place in remote, wilderness areas, requiring physical and mental endurance to navigate rugged terrain, withstand harsh weather, and remain mentally focused. Overcoming these challenges while hunting game builds confidence, resilience, and self-reliance.
The backcountry hunter series is specifically designed to prepare you for multi day backcountry hunts. These are best if started after a foundational program has been completed.
The MTNTOUGH HP20 Heavy Pack program is fundamentally unique in that it is the first ever fully coached heavy pack training program. BODY WEIGHT AND MINIMAL GEAR PROGRAMS
Minimal Gear and Bodyweight workouts are effective methods for building muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance in tandem. They're also convenient, requiring little to no equipment so you can do them from anywhere, and can be performed by anyone since difficulty can be scaled up or down.
