The goal of the TOUGH SHEEP workouts is to push athletes beyond their limits while giving back to wild sheep conservation. Over its first two years, the event has raised $152,500 for the Wild Sheep Foundation, helping protect these iconic animals and the wild places they call home.

2026 TOUGHSHEEP RECAP

The 2026 TOUGH SHEEP workout at the Sheep Show in Reno was a powerful showcase of grit, community, and conservation. Hosted by MTNTOUGH and The Wild Sheep Foundation, the event drew 500 participants and raised $72,500 to support wild sheep preservation. One lucky finisher won a Dall sheep hunt with Big Game Backcountry Guides—an unforgettable reward for an unforgettable effort. The workout mirrored the intensity of a true backcountry hunt and highlighted the MTNTOUGH spirit of resilience and purpose.
