Exchanges & Returns

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@mtntough.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
