Exchanges & Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
The Returns Center will guide you through the process and provide a shipping label if applicable. Once your item is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

TOUGH Shield Shipping Protection
If your package was damaged, stolen, or lost during transit, and you purchased TOUGH Shield Shipping Protection, you are eligible for a replacement product. To file a claim, please submit your order details through this form. Once approved, a customer support representative will follow up with next steps.
