Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on all MTNTOUGH merchandise orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Third-Party & Drop Ship Orders

Some MTNTOUGH products are fulfilled directly by our partner brands or third-party suppliers. Customers will be billed separately for shipping on all third-party drop ship orders, as these items are shipped independently from MTNTOUGH fulfillment centers.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier service.

International Shipping

At this time, MTNTOUGH only offers shipping within the United States. International orders are not yet supported, but we are working to expand availability in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

MTNTOUGH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we suggest contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Please also reach out to us at support@MTNTOUGH.com, and we’ll assist as needed to help ensure your satisfaction.
