
MINIMAL GEAR FOUNDATION PROGRAM
Build your mountain-ready foundation with MTNTOUGH Minimal Gear Foundation. Perfect for intermediate athletes, this 4-week program masters fundamental MTNTOUGH movements to develop functional strength, mobility, and endurance using minimal gear. Follow head coach Sarah Maschino via video demonstrations and supporting PDFs, ensuring progressive training that readies you for MTNTOUGH's main programming.
FORMAT: Follow along and self-guided workouts via supporting PDFs, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app (other programs available in the app).
DURATION: Four-week program with five workouts per week.
WORKOUT LENGTHS: 30-40 minutes, including warmups, strength and mobility movements, and cool downs.
GEAR: Minimal setup—dumbbells, kettlebells, step-up box or sturdy cooler, pull-up bar, and backpack (home use).
