We want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. Items beyond 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous or flammable items, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will email you to notify receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method within a few days.
If your refund is late or missing, check your bank account, credit card company, and bank. If still not received, contact support@MTNTOUGH.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. To exchange, email support@MTNTOUGH.com and mail your item to:

- If marked as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
