  • FORMAT: Self-guided workouts via supporting PDFs, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app.
  • DURATION: Year-Round Training: Eight to Sixteen-week program blocks, depending on where you're at in your seasonal cycle. All programs in this series are 5 days per week (besides the in-season program).
  • WORKOUT LENGTHS: 60-90 minutes, including warmups, functional training, and cool downs.
  • GEAR: Full gym setup—cardio machines (assault bike, rower, or treadmill), barbells, free weights, sled, and backpack/ruck (modifications available).
