Morning Ruck
Join us for a free morning ruck up Bozeman’s iconic “M” Trail. Our partners at GORUCK will have weighted sandbags available if you’re looking to add an extra challenge.

Grab a 3-person team—or join as an individual, and we will place you on a team! The TOUGHFEST workout is designed to challenge you for over an hour, pushing both individual grit and team performance.
2025 TOUGHFEST HIGHLIGHT REEL
Newcomers should start with Onramp and Foundation, then progress to daily workouts or Backcountry Hunter series, while seasoned participants can tackle 'The Mountain 2.0' if you use minimal gear or 'Spring Training 2.0' or 'Gym Daily' for those who go to a gym or have a home gym. Incorporating Heavy Pack 20 will specifically enhance ruck preparation, making it a key addition for event success.
