BODYWEIGHT FOUNDATION PROGRAM


Perfect for travel or on-the-go, this program uses bodyweight resistance to develop functional fitness in 30-45 minute sessions, five days a week. Designed for aspiring mountain athletes, it ramps up intensity over four weeks with plyometrics, agility, and dynamic movements to hone strength and mobility for rugged terrain. Follow head coach Sarah Maschino via video demonstrations and supporting PDFs, keeping workouts engaging and effective to prepare you for advanced challenges.

FORMAT: Follow along and self guided workouts via supporting PDFs, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app (other programs available in the app).
DURATION: Four-week program with five workouts per week (Monday through Friday).
WORKOUT LENGTHS: 30-45 minutes, including warmups, plyometric and agility movements, and cool downs.
GEAR: None required—use your bodyweight anywhere (home, hotel, or any comfortable space).
