MTNTOUGH+ ELEVATED – The App Just Went Full Send
Drawing on direct input from the MTNTOUGH community, the upcoming MTNTOUGH+ update delivers a noticeably quicker, cleaner, and more intuitive training platform. We’ve packed in major speed improvements and fresh tools built to sharpen your workouts and keep your mind locked in. This is hands-down the biggest leap we’ve ever made — and it’s only the beginning, with even more game-changing updates already in the works.
ATTN: This is a large-scale update to enjoy the new features. Due to the major technical upgrade, the previous version of the app will no longer function. On December 17th, when we go live, you will need to update your app or turn on auto-updates beforehand; you will be prompted to reset your password after updating and logging in. If you purchased your subscription through the App Store, you will be prompted to tap "Restore Purchase" after updating and logging in to regain access.

1. Music Integration – Create Your Own Beat. Enjoy your playlist while following our guided videos. Use Spotify, Apple Music, or whatever gets you pumped— just flip the switch and go. 2. Calendar & Planning – Take Control of Your Training Like a Mission Brief- Easily rearrange your workouts by dragging, dropping, stacking, and swapping them as needed. You can incorporate Sunday’s fresh Daily MTNTOUGH Drop directly into your weekly plan. If you're traveling, replace a heavy gym day with bodyweight workouts to maintain your training streak.

3. Video Notes & Journaling – Log your reps, weights, RPE, and weekly progress directly on the video. Proof over promises.

4 Apple Watch – With Apple Watch now connected to MTNTOUGH+, you can track live heart rate, calories burned, and training intensity without breaking your flow. Train harder, recover smarter, and watch your progress climb as you view real-time health stats directly on your watch and seamlessly track your workouts—just tap Start before you begin and End when you’re done, with all data syncing automatically to Apple Health and Fitness.

5 Smart Filters – Smart filters allow you to effortlessly find the ideal workout or program that suits your needs. You can sort options by self-guided or follow-along/coached sessions, difficulty level, program duration, workout time, or even location. This makes it easy to quickly discover the perfect fit for any schedule or preference.

How do I add the Apple Watch app?
- Install the iOS app on your iPhone.
- The WatchOS app will install automatically on your Apple Watch.
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone to see the app listed.
- Scroll down to the Installed on Apple Watch section.
Where is the Samsung app?
If you’re trying to reinstall the Samsung app, we’ve run into some delays with Samsung’s approval process. We’re working hard to get it live, but the release timeline is controlled by Samsung’s team.
