Starting October 6, 2025, we will release all five weekly workout videos at the beginning of each week, allowing you the flexibility to complete them at your own pace—perfect for those with non-traditional schedules.

You asked, we listened: Each daily workout will now include a downloadable PDF, so you can follow along with the video or perform the workout independently, ideal for noisy gym environments or those who prefer a self-guided approach. These changes reflect our commitment to making your fitness journey more accessible and tailored to your needs.

MTNTOUGH is excited to launch a new yoga program on October 6, 2025, replacing daily sessions with a library of 30 diverse sessions, refreshed quarterly. Choose from 10 beginner, 10 intermediate, and 10 elite sessions to match your skill level and goals, like flexibility or core strength. Join us to experience a more flexible and engaging yoga practice.

We are excited to launch a new Mobility Daily program on October 6, 2025, replacing daily sessions with a library of 9 expert-led sessions by Dr. Nick Bechtold, refreshed quarterly. Choose from 3 shoulder, 3 hips and back, or 3 knees and ankle sessions to target specific mobility needs anytime.
