TOUGH BUCK 2027

TOUGH BUCK is back.

In 2026, this community showed up in a big way — raising $120,000 for the Mule Deer Foundation and making a real impact on mule deer conservation across the West. Now, we’re building on that momentum for an even bigger 2027.

The concept is simple:
Complete the workout. Earn your entry. Support the mission.

Every rep pushes you past your limits while directly contributing to mule deer conservation. TOUGH BUCK isn’t just a workout — it’s a test of grit, resilience, and commitment to the backcountry community we all care about.

Each wave is backed by trusted industry partners, giving participants incredible odds to win premium gear and prizes. More importantly, every finisher becomes part of something bigger — a collective effort to conserve habitat and protect the future of mule deer.

Mark your calendar for February 13, 2027 and join us in Salt Lake City, Utah, alongside the Mule Deer Foundation at the Western Hunt Expo.

Grit. Sweat. Conservation.

MULE DEER FOUNDATION

The Mule Deer Foundation is the only conservation organization in North America solely dedicated to restoring, improving, and protecting mule deer, black-tailed deer, and their habitat. Guided by science and powered by grassroots support, MDF works to ensure healthy western deer populations and quality habitat year-round. Our efforts are delivered through dedicated staff and strong partnerships with state and federal agencies, as well as other conservation groups. Beyond habitat work, MDF champions public access, sound wildlife management, and mentoring the next generation of hunters, shooters, and conservationists.
