We created PRESEASON PREP 50+ for the seasoned mountain athlete who wants to regain balance, strength, endurance and mobility for a successful pack-out this fall.
Use this nine-week, five-day program to regain longevity for the long haul. PRESEASON PREP 50+ is split into two phases. Phase I focuses on form and technique to increase mobility, balance and muscular endurance. Phase 2 boosts work capacity and stamina so you can hunt hard. Each 30- to 45-minute session includes a warm up and cool down along with asymmetrical loading, shoulder mobility, tempo, plyometrics and more to establish proper movement patterns and body control, increase load capacity and balance, and build core strength. With plenty of dynamic workout sequences to boost mental toughness and resilience, we know you’ll conquer the mountains for life.
