Unlike traditional yoga, MTNTOUGH Yoga fits right in with our ethos. It's tough. With a power yoga style combined with rigorous physical demands and mental aspects, we will push you to improve performance in other areas of fitness, and life.
MWF are 30 min intermediate sessions, and Tuesdays / Thursdays are rigorous 40 min sessions.
